Year 12 Artwork Major - the meaningness explained

Sun Jun 5, 2005, 5:26 AM
Hello everyone ^_^

Im alive :B~ i bet you have all missed me. I know i would have missed me.
Ala.. nothing much has been going on. School. and.. other things? :ninja: wouldnt you like to know.. hehe.

Anycrap. The real thing -> My Year 12 Major. For those who bother to read this and are not from NSW or Australia.. This is apart of my year 12 course to produce a body of work. The mark that i get from this goes towards my final school mark. Wewt! How not exciting D:

I've had ubermega trouble finding my theme for this. it has changed COUNTLESSLY. From Alice in wonderland to Seasons to music to portraits. But i have finally my focus. And it was staring at me point-blank in the face.

Of course. The easiest and best thing to do! Very in depth as well. I must say, i am quite proud of myself ^_^

I decided to focus first on Pop art.. but then changed to comics. Using my four made-especially-for-me canvases, i would make a mini comic strip using different comic styles, which outline my struggles and triumphs (lol.. were there triumphs?) of this bitch and great year that is 2005. Woo to the HOO.

i have 3/4 canvases planned. the last panel is almost finished (progress photos to be added soon!). it is a a semi realistic cartoony thing of me in a Roy Lichtenstein type of way. yurp.
the first panel which is soon to be started and finished during the same week (oh boy) is a simple painting of me (again) wrapped in my doona.
my bat cave.

well, seeming that i have left this journal entry browser thing window open for a total of 3 days, and done nothing else to it, im going to FINALLY post it.
as well as ART.
OMG IT DOES EXIST!!!

later gators
